ORIGINS
Dropping over 100 lbs (accumulatively) has only gotten easier.

The rugby team likely wouldn't keep me at my initial size.
The other guys on the squad were...bigger.
Attempting a rigorous engineering undergrad at a prestigious engineering school wasn't enough;
I wanted to play a varsity sport.
​
I became a captain for the JV side after months of playing, learning,
but seemingly most of all: eating.
​
I'd never tried to put on real size before--
but I became an absolute animal
​
From stealing quarts of milk from the cafeteria to drink between classes,
to eating a jar of peanut butter before bed; I ate like a lineman
​
I know because my roommate was recruited to
play guard and he told me.
​
After flunking out (too many extra-curriculars),
I kept some eating habits...but stopped all the rugby.
​
I've had to re-learn through trial & error
(think: keto, mediterranean, fasting, zero-carb, paleo, IF, low-fat, weight-watchers, etc)
​
Avoid making the same mistakes I did.​
Let me show you.

Now, I work among engineers and other high-level professionals who
never learned how to eat after college.

They're over-worked or at least over-stressed from
putting out fires at work & then later at home.

I am here to help those men
